History
Owned by the homonymous family, present in the Veneto region since the 1400s. The history of the Distillery dates back to 1898, the year of its foundation in Schiavon by GioBatta Poli.
Grapes used
Pomace of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon for Sassicaia wine
Production method
Craft distillation, with copper alembic with steam boilers; patiently kept in oak barrels.

Tasting notes
On the nose, intense aromas of berries, plums and sweet spices emerge, with notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. On the palate, the grappa is full-bodied and soft, with hints of ripe fruit and a delicate note of oak wood. The aftertaste is long and persistent, with a pleasant balance between sweetness and bitterness.
Usage
It is indicated as after-dinner/after-dinner or digestive, or for moments of relaxation, better if in company! Perfect as a gift for someone special.
