Crafted by Selvapura Distillery in Tosi, Reggello (FI), under master distiller Gioele’s artisanal approach. This certified organic grappa reflects the distillery’s commitment to quality and sustainability through the use of organic ingredients and respect for territory.
Raw materials
Black grape pomace sourced from certified organic vineyards, complemented by pure water and organic alcohol.
Distillation
Performed via slow, discontinuous distillation, preserving the purity and elegance of aromas and respecting the raw material’s integrity.
Alcohol content
40 % vol – delivers an intense, precise tasting experience.
Tasting notes
Nose: delicate yet rich, with aromas of raspberries, blackberries and elegant floral hints.
Palate: soft and well balanced, with perfectly rounded and clean tones.
Finish: lingering and refined, offering a pleasant enveloping sensation.
