Vinification
The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and fermented with temperature-controlled skin maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve fruit purity and varietal expression. The wine then undergoes a period of ageing before bottling, achieving balance between freshness, softness and aromatic intensity.

On the palate it is smooth and enveloping with ripe tannins, lively freshness and a persistent finish marked by dark fruit and spice.
