History
Cantina Andrian is located in the Oltradige region of Alto Adige, producing wines from vineyards on soils rich in clay, limestone and dolomite at elevations of 260–380 m above sea level. The Movado is part of the estate’s classic line, crafted to highlight native varieties with respectful winemaking and an aromatic, harmonious profile.

Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature followed by about 6 months ageing on fine lees to build complexity and weight while preserving varietal purity.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow colour. The nose is intense and aromatic with exotic spice, white flowers, tropical fruit notes like lychee and mango, and citrus hints. On the palate: dry, soft and elegant with expressive fruit and balanced acidity leading to a long, aromatic finish.

Pairs beautifully with seafood starters, sushi and sashimi, Asian-spiced dishes, shellfish, seafood pasta and risotto, white meats, refined vegetarian dishes and medium-aged cheeses. Also excellent as an aromatic aperitif.
