Oto is a Champagne producer focused on vineyard quality and authentic expression of single varietals. This wine is made from grapes grown in Grand Cru vineyards, a designation that underscores exceptional soil quality and terroir expression. Vinification
Traditional method (Champenoise) with secondary fermentation in bottle. Initial alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel preserves primary fruit character, followed by extended lees ageing to build complexity and fine mousse texture. The Brut Zéro dosage (0 g/l) preserves natural acidity and sapidity.
