History
Nicola Gatta is a producer located in the eastern area of Franciacorta, with vineyards situated at 400 meters above sea level on the hills of Gussago. He adopts biodynamic practices in the vineyard, avoiding the use of herbicides and synthetic chemicals, and employs spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts in the cellar. His philosophy is to enhance the territory through wines that represent it without compromise.

100% Chardonnay
Production method
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without clarification or filtration. The wine matures on the lees for 50 months (referred to as “50 moons”) before disgorgement. No sulfites or sugar dosage are added, resulting in a pure Brut Nature.

Color: Intense straw yellow.

Nose: Aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, and mineral notes.
Palate: Fresh, intense, savory, and fragrant, with surprising complexity and saline persistence.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood, sushi, and fresh cheeses. Its freshness and minerality also make it suitable for accompanying light appetizers and vegetarian dishes.
