Descrizione
History
The Nannoni Distillery, founded in the early seventies by Gioacchino Nannoni in Paganico, Grosseto. Always conceived to create quality distillates, grappas, brandies and gins stand out. A prominent figure of the company is also the female Master Distiller Priscilla Occhipinti, who has been taking care of the qualitative part of the product for many years now.

Pomace of Sangiovese grosso locally called brunello
Production method
It is obtained by distilling very fresh pomace. The pomace is distilled while still juicy within 24 hours of arriving in the cellar and subsequently aged in steel.

Tasting notes
It is presented in the transparent and bright glass. Ethereal notes on the nose, of dried dried fruit, cherries in alcohol and black pepper. On the palate frank, decisive, enveloping and alcoholic on the finish.
Usage
Perfect as a meditation grappa or at the end of a quality meal.
