History
The Valle Isarco (Eisacktal) in Alto Adige is one of Italy’s most renowned regions for mountain white wines. Gewürztraminer vineyards are planted between 400 and 700 metres above sea level on sunny terraced slopes protected from cold valley frosts, conditions that favour aromatic intensity and natural acidity. Cantina Valle Isarco interprets this grape with a precise, mineral and elegant style focused on terroir expression rather than sheer power.

Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages on fine lees in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation in order to preserve freshness, aromatic clarity and varietal precision.
