History
This Kerner comes from the Valle Isarco (Eisacktal, Alto Adige) — an area known for strong diurnal temperature shifts, mineral soils and high altitude vineyards that produce precise, characterful white wines. The Aristos expression is a selected and carefully crafted style of Kerner, with fermentation and ageing tailored to enhance freshness, elegance and aromatic depth.

Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes at optimal ripeness are fermented in stainless steel under temperature control to preserve freshness and varietal aromas. After fermentation the wine ages on fine lees, adding structure, complexity and roundness without intrusive oak influence. Bottle ageing follows to harmonise aromatics and structure before release.

Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with green highlights. Aromas of white and tropical fruit (pear, apple, pineapple), citrus, floral notes and elegant minerality. On the palate: fresh and savoury with lively acidity, excellent balance and a persistent, harmonious finish that invites another sip.

Pairs beautifully with seafood appetizers, shellfish, sushi and sashimi, white fish carpaccio, delicate risottos, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses. Also ideal as an elegant aperitif or with light Asian cuisine.
