Vinification
Hand-harvested grapes are fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures with extended maceration to extract colour, aromatics and structured tannins in harmony. Tasting notes
Garnet red with bright highlights. Aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, raspberry, dried rose petals, sweet spices and subtle hazelnut nuances. On the palate: elegant with refined, well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity and a persistent finish that echoes fruit and spice.
Food pairings
Pairs beautifully with roasted red meats, braised dishes, light game, tajarin with meat ragù, aged cheeses and Piedmontese classics like bollito misto. Also excellent as a contemplative wine alongside complex dishes.
