History
The “Mineral” cuvée is one of the purest interpretations from Domaine Legret & Fils: made solely from Chardonnay from local vineyards, it presents an essential and luminous style. The Magnum edition is a rare release, created to give this “Mineral” Champagne added breadth and extra aging potential.

Traditional méthode champenoise, aged on lees with extended bottle aging for complexity and persistence; no oak, to preserve aromatic purity and clarity.

Tasting notes
Luminous golden yellow with fine mousse. Aromas of citrus, white flowers, iodine and a pronounced mineral signature. On the palate: fresh, elegant, with a sleek structure, striking saline tension and a long, coherent finish.
Food pairing
Excellent with oysters, shellfish, raw fish carpaccio, sashimi, fine fish, white truffle dishes and delicate foie gras. Serve at 10‑11 °C with slight aeration.
