History
“Apium” is inspired by the Apiaceae family, which includes coriander—a key botanical in this gin. Apium Gin was crafted as a modern London Dry, featuring a refined aromatic bouquet dominated by lavender, supported by juniper and soft spices. It is produced in the UK with a focus on aromatic clarity and structural balance.

Tasting notes
Clear and crystalline in appearance. On the nose: lavender and delicate floral notes, followed by juniper and light spice. On the palate: dry, elegant, with aromatic depth and well‑balanced structure. The finish is persistent and pleasantly floral, echoing the botanicals used.
Pairing / Usage
Excellent in a classic gin & tonic with dry tonic water and orange peel, but also versatile in lighter Negronis, floral Martinis or aromatic cocktails. Serve at 8‑10 °C with a large ice cube.
