- Distillation: Produced using a combination of pot stills and column stills to achieve a balanced and complex flavor profile.
- Aging: No Age Statement (NAS), selected for its harmony and depth.

- Aroma: Complex aromatic range with notes of light licorice, coffee grounds, raisins, and dried apricots.
