History
The Domaine is located in Morey and spans approximately 8 hectares, entirely planted with prestigious Pinot Noir vines. Most of the vineyards, however, are situated in Chambolle-Musigny. The red wines produced from these vines are intense, refined, and of high quality, with a steady increase in value over time. The management of the Domaine has transitioned from Robert to his son Serge and then to his grandson Nicolas, who has introduced some improvements in recent years.
Some of the key principles of the Domaine’s winemaking include very low grape yields, respect for the terroir, and harvesting only perfectly ripened grapes. The most challenging objective is to find harmony between the powerful structure of the wines and the fine tannic texture, without creating overly exuberant results.
Production Method
In Burgundy, the vinification process for Pinot Noir follows strict guidelines to enhance the grape’s characteristics. The grapes are harvested manually, with selection in the vineyard, followed by crushing and fermentation in oak vats for about 10-15 days.

Dark ruby color with violet highlights. On the nose, it exudes aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by spicy, mineral, and wet earth notes. On the palate, the tannins are firm yet velvety, creating a silky texture that envelops the mouth. Its structure is round and well-balanced, with a long persistence of fruity and spicy flavors.
Possible Pairings
This wine pairs perfectly with red meats, aged cheeses, and mushroom-based dishes. It matures well over time and offers an extraordinary tasting experience for those who love powerful and bold wines that are simultaneously incredibly elegant.
