History
Espolón is crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, a region renowned for its ideal conditions for growing agave. The distillery combines traditional techniques with an innovative approach to create a tequila with distinctive character. Its label pays homage to Mexican culture, drawing inspiration from the country’s art and revolutionary history.
Production Method
Espolón Blanco is distilled exclusively from hand-harvested blue Weber agave, cooked in traditional ovens. Fermentation occurs slowly to preserve the fresh, authentic notes of the agave. This is followed by double distillation in modern pot stills, delivering exceptional purity and smoothness.
