History

Pampero is a variety of rum produced in Venezuela by Industrias Pampero, which saw the light in 1938. Pampero Especial, known for its robust and persistent flavor, was the first rum to be officially recognized as “Anejo” by the government Venezuelan.

Production method

Aging for at least 6 months in oak barrels, to then be filtered with vegetable charcoal, which gives it a bright and luminous appearance.

Tasting notes

Clear and crystalline, it releases a sweet bouquet of cotton candy and candy, accompanied by spicy accents of vanilla and white pepper, with subtle notes of sandalwood and delicate smoky traces. When tasted, it is dry and decisive, with the right balance of alcohol that is not invasive, and a progressive softness that develops rapidly, culminating in a dry, clean and persistent finish, with hints of barley candy.

Usage

Perfect at the end of a meal or as a meditation.
